Here we have what we call "Visible mold growth" issues like this we go straight into "mold removal" as you have no need for testing when visibly present unless you'd like to know the spore count and type of mold. Upon doing air samples you always want a third party to do so as we cannot test our own work.

This project's moisture problem came from outside as the foundation didn't have a crack but a grading issue which was rectified before doing.

Mold will grow anywhere moisture is present or areas with lack of air circulation along with high humidity.
